333 Water

333 N. Water Street will be a 31-story luxury residential high-rise, the first located in Milwaukee’s Historic Third Ward neighborhood.

The building is expected to create 333 new luxury rental units alongside over 22,000 feet of indoor and outdoor amenities. The units will be finished with floor-to-ceiling windows, quartz counters, a fitness center, a lounge, pool, and views of Lake Michigan and the Milwaukee River.

Our team of Civil engineers worked alongside our design partners to create an outdoor plaza space overlooking the Milwaukee river, a dog run for residents, and a public river walk connection for access to the Third Ward’s extensive river walk system.

The site was previously a 0.8-acre parking lot. The project is expected to be ready for its first tenants in April 2024.
