GRAEF collaborated with SECURA Insurance on their new 300,000-square-foot facility, setting the stage for their next century of service in Wisconsin. Driven by rapid growth, SECURA had outgrown its headquarters, resorting to leased spaces as a temporary fix. They turned to a dedicated team to create a new corporate headquarters that aligns with their commitment to northeastern Wisconsin.

The resulting design seamlessly integrates an activity-focused culture, environmental heritage, and a spirit of wellness into a single space. To maintain SECURA’s reputation as a workplace of choice, the campus features employee-focused amenities such as walking trails, a fitness center, a wellness clinic, and outdoor fountains. A striking monumental staircase encourages movement and fosters spontaneous interactions, while the modular building design and site master plan allow for future growth.

Sustainability is at the heart of the project, with green practices embedded throughout the building. This approach minimizes environmental impact while creating a healthy, inspiring environment where employees can take pride and look forward to working every day.
