GRAEF’s new downtown Milwaukee headquarters and its 175 employees already are creating a more vibrant “upward trajectory” in the Westown neighborhood, according to Beth Weirick, CEO of the Downtown Business Improvement District.

GRAEF moved into its new headquarters Dec. 30.

“People are noticing, where did all of these additional people come from?” Weirick said. “With that number of people alone, that great addition, you feel the sense of vibrancy and energy.”
