As a kid, I worked as a caddy at the country club, and I really loved it. I learned right away, it's about working with people and interacting and meeting expectations. A great day for me is when a client either gives us a compliment or asks us to work on their next project.
Fun Fact: One of the things I love to do in this world is fly fishing. I tie my own flies. I like the serenity. It's just a great, peaceful thing. Just me, the water, the fish and the bear.
