FDOT District 2 – SR-115 NB over Ribault River

This project involved bridge inspection and the preparation of construction documents for the cleaning, painting of structural steel and steel bearings, sealing intermediate joints, fender repair and spall repair to the SR-115 NB Ribault River Bridge No. 720272.

GRAEF’s scope of work included coordinating site visits with FDOT personnel to inspect the structure to determine existing conditions, taking field measurements and verifying the intent of the scope of services as well as reviewing past routine bridge inspection reports, repair projects, and original plans. Based on GRAEF’s investigation findings, we will then prepare detailed plans and specifications to include maintenance of traffic and utility plans, with a final permit package for submission to all permitting agencies. GRAEF is also responsible for preparing and submitting a construction estimate to the District.
