Costco Wholesale Corporation, the largest membership club chain in the world, operates membership warehouses that carry brand-name merchandise at substantially lower prices than typically found at conventional wholesale or retail sources. Costco has over 500 stores worldwide, with 376 locations in the U.S. and Puerto Rico.

GRAEF is the civil engineer for Costco’s new Wisconsin stores, including stores in Grafton and Middleton. GRAEF provided complete site development services that include site surveying, natural resources investigations, site evaluations, and the preparation of civil engineering construction documents.
