Bayshore Town Center

Bayshore Town Center is a regional mixed-use attraction grown out of the historic Bayshore Mall. It is Milwaukee’s premier destination to experience retail, residential and entertainment development.

The project features local and national shops, restaurants, bars, upscale bowling alley and cinema, health club, office space, and residential lofts. Bayshore Mall has been renovated and still remains an integral part of the indoor shopping experience.

Designed to emulate the character of a classic village “main street,” the roadways are narrow to accommodate pedestrian traffic. Users can enjoy storefront sidewalks, thematic site amenities and a town square with seasonal outdoor programs and entertainment. Three parking structures blend into the architecture.

GRAEF provided landscape architecture, site/civil engineering, structural engineering, MEP engineering, and survey services for this $360 million project.

Awards: Silver Award, ICSC U.S. Design & Development Award; Regional Impact Award, WCREW
