WisDOT Manitowoc Road Reconstruction
The project consisted of a 1.4-mile urban rehabilitation project improving pavement conditions, safety, drainage and pedestrian facilities with extensive public outreach and coordination. Construction inspection of major items of work, removing asphaltic surface, removing curb and gutter, grading, storm sewer, concrete curb and gutter, concrete sidewalk and driveway, HMA paving, pavement marking, permanent signing, restoration, erosion control, Box Culvert C-5-155 extensions and all incidental items necessary to complete the work while maintaining local and emergency access to all businesses and residents to and from the work zone at all times.
Construction was completed in 2021.
