Western Wisconsin Health
GRAEF provided comprehensive structural engineering services throughout the design and construction phases for Baldwin Area Medical Center’s new Health and Wellness Campus. Located on a 95-acre site at the intersection of Highway 63 and Interstate 94, the campus was designed to meet the growing healthcare needs of the Baldwin community and surrounding rural areas.
The centerpiece of the development is a $25 million Critical Access Hospital and Rural Health Clinic, featuring a modern, patient-centered design. The single-story, 25-bed facility includes two fully equipped operating rooms, advanced diagnostic imaging, and specialized treatment spaces to support a wide range of medical services. GRAEF’s structural team collaborated closely with architects and contractors to deliver a safe, efficient, and adaptable structure that supports both current operations and future expansion.
