The Daily Reporter Names GRAEF CEO Pat Kressin a Wisconsin AEC 350 Recipient
GRAEF is proud to celebrate President and CEO Pat Kressin’s recognition in The Daily Reporter’s 2026 Wisconsin AEC 350, a premier program honoring 350 exceptional professionals across 22 diverse categories who are shaping Wisconsin’s architecture, engineering and construction industry. The program recognizes leaders who have demonstrated long-term success, adapted to evolving industry challenges and client needs, and made a lasting impact on the communities they serve.
Kressin’s inclusion reflects a remarkable 31-year journey with GRAEF, beginning as an entry-level landscape designer and culminating in his role as CEO. He credits his greatest accomplishment to growing alongside the firm and the talented people who helped shape its success. Guided by a people-first leadership philosophy, Kressin is committed to creating an environment where employees feel valued, supported and empowered to grow. In addition to leading GRAEF, he serves on several organizations, including the Wisconsin Policy Forum Board of Directors, Milwaukee County Zoological Society, CREDA and the American Society of Landscape Architects.
