Saint John's On The Lake

Saint John’s On The Lake is a premier retirement community on the shores of Lake Michigan in Milwaukee, WI. Saint John’s takes pride in offering the finest in both residential and health services and expanded their facility with a new tower comprising 88 new apartments.

GRAEF provided structural and site/civil design for the 22-story senior housing project. The 180,000-square-foot tower joins to Saint John’s existing campus by a town center featuring a swimming pool, expanded fitness area, classrooms, meeting rooms, a library, and a restaurant.

The apartments feature high-end amenities such as 11-foot ceilings, terraces with Lake Michigan and downtown views, large windows, and customized layouts.
