Society Wynwood

Society Wynwood is a 289-unit social apartment community that broke ground in 2021.

Located in the heart of a prominent entertainment neighborhood in Miami, amenities include a rooftop pool and restaurant, large co-working spaces with private conference rooms, a massive modern gym and fitness studio, and basement audio lounge.

GRAEF provided civil engineering and construction services on the project.
The building is currently leasing their fully furnished apartments to new residents.
