GRAEF is proud to announce that Richard DeSimone has been named the next Madison Office Leader. Uriah Wolfe, current Madison Office Leader, will transition back to GRAEF’s corporate headquarters in Milwaukee to lead the Facilities Team.

Richard’s journey with GRAEF began in 2012, and over the years, he has grown alongside the Madison office, playing a key role in its development and success. He was promoted to Associate in 2019, Principal in 2023, and in 2024 became the Madison Structural Practice Area Leader before also stepping into the role of Market Team Leader – Themed Entertainment.

"I am truly honored to lead the Madison office into its next chapter," said Richard DeSimone, incoming Madison Office Leader. "Our Madison team is exceptionally talented, and I look forward to guiding them as we build on our success, strengthen client relationships, and deliver outstanding projects that impact the world around us."

Many of our clients know Richard for his incredible work across the globe in Themed Entertainment, where his expertise in structural engineering has helped bring some of the world’s most immersive experiences to life.
