Oshkosh YMCA Addition and Renovation

GRAEF provided engineering services for a major addition and renovation to the existing Oshkosh YMCA. Improvements included a new pool and locker room area, a new childcare facility with outdoor play space, along with major modifications to entries and equipment areas. Construction is currently underway at this facility, and it remains open to the public for the duration of the work.

The entire building levels, additions, structure and MEP systems were demolished as the building took new form during the $15 million revitalization. New technology, equipment, infrastructure, and state-of-the-art fitness ideas were layered on the ground-up brick-and-mortar retrofit.

In order to assist with fundraising for the improvements, the design team incorporated several creative features around the site to be used as donor opportunities.
