GRAEF Moves Green Bay Office to Downtown District
GRAEF is proud to announce that our Green Bay office location is moving to the Adams Street Garage building in Green Bay’s Downtown District. Our Green Bay team was located at their previous office space at the Baeten Farms Executive Office Park for nearly 30 years.
“As a firm, it is important for us to create an ‘office of the future’ atmosphere for every one of our offices,” said John Kissinger, GRAEF President and CEO. “The new office will provide our employees with the opportunity to eat, drink and shop downtown Green Bay, be surrounded by an energetic urban environment, and be closer to many of our clients.”
The new office at the Adams Street Garage offers high ceilings, exposed original brick, large windows for abundant natural light, and unique character. Our firm completed the redesign of the new office, which was constructed by local City of Green Bay General Contractor Howard Immel, Inc.
“We are thrilled to be relocating our operations in the Northeast Wisconsin market to the heart of the City of Green Bay,” said Pat Skalecki, GRAEF Green Bay Office Leader. “The ongoing revitalization of downtown Green Bay was an obvious draw for our firm and our staff. Our new office space will provide us with a technologically current and updated collaborative space, while holding onto the character that the Adams Street Garage provides. We are excited to start the next chapter of our long-standing partnership with northeast Wisconsin,” he added.
Our team will occupy 5,700 square feet on the second floor and will be home to 24 employees with plans for future growth.
