E11EVEN Hotel & Residences and E11EVEN Residences Beyond are two connected exclusive 65-story towers in Miami’s District 11.

Amenities include a resort style pool with private lounge areas, state-of-the-art fitness center, casino-style sports launch, a membership only rooftop lounge, a spa and wellness center, fully staffed executive office suites, among other luxury amenities.

The towers are equipped with the latest smart building technology and provides expansive Miami skyline and Biscayne Bay views. The two towers are connected first tower at the ground level and via a sky bridge.

GRAEF is providing civil engineering and construction engineering and inspection on the project, alongside internationally renowned architecture firm Sieger Suarez Architects.

The first tower broke ground in 2021 and is expected to be complete in 2023.
