Clearwater Harbor Marina Masterplan

GRAEF was selected to help design and oversee the construction work for Clearwater Harbor Marina’s Masterplan. GRAEF inspected the marina's current condition, focusing on the floating docks, and planned for both the next 5-10 years and the long term 15-25 years. The floating docks, installed in 2010, had undergone various repairs, especially after Hurricane Irma in 2017 caused damage.

GRAEF also recommended the best dock systems and construction methods for the marina’s needs, taking into account regulatory issues, costs, and construction schedules. The goal was to reduce future maintenance costs and damage from storms with better designs and materials. GRAEF also assisted during the construction to ensure everything went according to plan.
