Award is based on third-party survey of employees GRAEF is named a Top Workplace by Milwaukee Journal Sentinel

GRAEF received a Milwaukee Journal Sentinel Top Workplaces Award Friday at the Wisconsin Center in downtown Milwaukee. On hand to accept the award on behalf of the company were CEO John Kissinger, Communications Director Steve Jagler, HR Director Jenny Christel, Kyle Broaddrick, Dawn McCreary, and Jessica Mercier.

The list is based solely on employee feedback gathered through a third-party survey administered by research partner Energage LLC, a leading provider of technology-based employee engagement tools.

The anonymous survey measures several aspects of workplace culture, including alignment, execution, and connection, just to name a few. Companies are measured on qualities such as company leadership, career opportunities, workplace flexibility, compensation, benefits, and the impact company policies have on innovation and morale.

John Kissinger, President, and Chief Executive Officer said the award reflects the company’s values and priorities.

The Top Workplaces Awards were presented at a breakfast celebration on Friday, April 12, in the Wisconsin Center Ballroom in downtown Milwaukee at 400 W. Wisconsin Ave. In addition, the winners will be celebrated in a special section of the Milwaukee Journal Sentinel newspaper on Sunday, April 14, and the winners are listed on www.JSOnline.com.
