Headquartered in Milwaukee, GRAEF has made a commitment by keeping its largest office within the city limits since founding partners Luther Graef, Leonard Anhalt and Robert Schloemer opened the office in 1961. GRAEF's office is located at The Avenue in downtown Milwaukee and is celebrated as a catalyst in the revitalization of Milwaukee’s Westown neighborhood.
Community Involvement
GRAEF employees are committed to making our community a better place by participating in various community events, including Habitat for Humanity builds, local charity run/walks (Briggs & Al’s Run/Walk for Children’s Hospital, Run Tosa Run, Greater Milwaukee Heart & Stroke Walk), Hunger Task Force food sorting, Milwaukee Dragon Boat Festival, CANstruction and slinging s’mores at the NEWaukee Night Market.
