WisDOT US 45 (WIS 50 to WIS 11) Construction Management

US 45 from the Village of Bristol to the Village of Union Grove was a 7.9 mile mill and overlay project using the Percentage Within Limits (PWL) specification. The project also included concrete pavement improvements at the US 45 and WIS 50 intersection with the installation of new monotube signals. This project won the WisDOT Southeast Region Small HMA Paving Award.

Services on this project included construction management of the following:

• Large Reinforced Concrete Culvert Pipe (RCP) installation (108” Diameter pipe)
• Storm sewers
• Concrete pavement
• HMA pavement
• Monotube signal installation
• Various Beam Guard installation
