GRAEF’s Minneapolis opened in 2017, and recently moved to its current location at the Broadway East Building at the end of 2022. The office is growing and adding staff and capabilities.

Community Involvement

GRAEF employees are committed to making our community a better place by participating in various organizations in the area, including the Minneapolis Downtown Council, BATC – Housing First Minnesota, NAIOP – Minnesota, the Sensible Land Use Coalition and many more. We also are active in our local communities where we live.

Work Hard, Play Hard

When the work is done, our team likes to have fun and enjoy many different things, including golf, biking, hiking, football and much more. We also gather  for lunch or drinks after work as we know the importance of team bonding and celebrating a job well done. Our staff members work hard and deserve the recognition that they receive from our clients and from our management team.
