When a client calls with a problem, with an issue, and if I’m able to calm them down and help them with a solution that solves the problem, that’s a great day. I like to consult with clients to find a creative solution that solves their problem and helps them out.
Fun Fact: On my very first day at GRAEF, I ate my boss’ lunch by accident. And I told him about it 10 years later at his retirement party. And I still work here.
