GRAEF is proud to announce that Shawna Kratsch-Zepeda has been named Minneapolis Office Leader.

A seasoned structural engineer with nearly 30 years of experience, Shawna brings exceptional leadership, technical expertise, and industry insight to this role. Throughout her career, she has led complex projects in healthcare, higher education, industrial, and commercial sectors—earning a reputation as a collaborative partner and trusted advisor to clients and teams alike.

In her new role, Shawna will lead the strategic direction, operations, and growth of GRAEF’s Minneapolis office, including our structural engineering, civil engineering and transportation engineering practices. Her focus on building strong client relationships, mentoring team members, and driving innovation will be key in expanding GRAEF’s impact throughout the Twin Cities and the greater region.
