GRAEF is proud to announce that at the 2025 ACEC Wisconsin Awards Banquet, our CEO, John Kissinger, was honored with the prestigious ACEC Wisconsin Lifetime Achievement Award and formally inducted as an ACEC Fellow.

With more than 40 years of service at GRAEF, John has made an indelible mark on our firm and the broader engineering community. Since stepping into the role of President and CEO in 2012, he has led with clarity, compassion, and a commitment to innovation and excellence. His influence extends beyond GRAEF, with five years of dedicated service on the ACEC Board.

These honors reflect not only John’s individual accomplishments, but also the culture of leadership, mentorship, and forward-thinking he has cultivated at GRAEF. We are proud to celebrate this recognition with him and thank him for his continued leadership.
