Business Development Leader - Green Bay

I lead GRAEF’s Infrastructure team in Green Bay, overseeing Site Civil, Water Resources, and Surveying services. My role combines technical expertise with strategic leadership to deliver cost-effective, high-impact solutions for our clients.

With experience across transportation, site development, and multi-discipline projects, I’m focused on making infrastructure safer, more sustainable, and more responsive to client needs. I pride myself on being accessible, collaborative, and driven to exceed expectations—while coaching my team to do the same.

Fun Fact: I am a spontaneous traveler, often booking flights the night before I leave.
