Renaissance by Marriott

Wauwatosa’s Mayfair Mall became the home of Wisconsin’s first Renaissance by Marriott luxury hotel, bringing a new level of sophistication to the area. The project transformed an existing commercial office building, including a complete re-facade that gave the structure a modern and elegant appearance.

The 11-story, 177,900-square-foot building underwent a comprehensive renovation, which included a new steel-framed 20,000-square-foot addition. The completed hotel features 196 beautifully designed guest rooms and spacious meeting and event areas, including an outdoor terrace. These versatile spaces were created to host a variety of events, such as weddings and corporate functions.

Targeting business travelers, the Renaissance by Marriott successfully positioned itself to serve the thriving economy of Wauwatosa and its surrounding communities, enhancing the region’s appeal as a destination for both commerce and hospitality.
