Tim is a licensed architect with 28 years of experience. He has an excellent track record for large-scale project management and code/regulation adherence. His experience includes research and reconciliation of building and life safety codes, zoning regulations, and ordinances during all stages of architectural development. 

Fun Fact: I am currently in the process of building my own cabin. I have personally overseen every stage of this ambitious project, from pouring the foundation to erecting the timber frame, and skillfully installing the plumbing and electrical systems. I take great pleasure in steel fabrication and frequently engage in welding projects.
