Kerry Americas Center of Excellence

Kerry Americas has completed construction of a 26,000 square foot office building expansion to the "Pilot Plant" section of their "Center of Excellence" facility located in the Gateway Business Park in Beloit, WI. The project is to house relocated administrative staff to allow for expansion of laboratory facilities in the "Research" section of the facility.

GRAEF was retained by the architect to provide site/civil and landscape architecture design services for the project.

Site/civil services for the project include permitting, design of site grading and parking lot expansion, relocation of existing storm water and site drainage infrastructure, and updating the overall stormwater management plan for the overall Kerry Center campus.

GRAEF landscape architects provided landscape design for final design of the project’s reconstructed circulation roads, expanded surface parking, and new employee entrance.
