Badger Railing Needs Assessment

GRAEF was retained by Badger Railing to conduct a needs assessment to provide a diagrammatic plant layout as a template for assessing future buildings and sites and to suggest changes to the existing building layout with improvements to plant productivity. GRAEF gathered data for the needs assessment through personal observations, value stream mapping, gap analysis, and employee questionnaires. The data was summarized and evaluated to develop the recommendations and layouts.
